As a retired decorator, I wanted someone competent and reliable to pass on the torch to do up some of my rooms. Maisie is an enthusiastic, skilful decorator and full of amazing ideas. She has painted, wall papered and added a mural taking it each time to the next level. She uses my basic colour schemes and adds to it, making them even more brilliant than I had thought they could be.
She even helps me with sourcing the finishing touches that brings it all together, like cushions & rugs. Now I want to redo every room with her eyes and help!

Maisie has transformed my lounge into a warm, fresh and relaxing space! She created a mood board to discuss ideas upfront, a 3D design mock-up for space planning, and project managed other trades (plasterer and flooring).
She helped me choose paint colours, carpets, curtains, furniture and accessories, which all work in harmony to create a cosy space, and are exactly what I had in mind for my lounge.
She is warm, friendly and considerate and made the process very easy and enjoyable.
Very much recommend!

Maisie helped us with our bedroom as we weren't sure on how to bring the space together. It just didn't feel very relaxing before. She suggested wallpapering the back wall, which to be honest, we never considered. Then she made it easy and found a wallpaper that we both liked and proceeded to hang it for us. If it was me applying it, there'd be bubbles and misalignment all over. So we're very pleased with the result!

We can't believe how much of a difference just one change has made. We actually thought it would need more doing but the wallpaper did the trick. The room now has a great atmosphere and my partner keeps saying how "cosy and peaceful" it feels in there all the time.

We both 100% recommended Maisie and Rhubarb Rooms. We're intrigued as to what else she could help us with in making this little house a home.
